My approach
Every project is different, but the process is always the same:
- Clarify the project.
- Build a realistic budget.
- Identify the right funding opportunities.
- Develop strong funding proposals.
- Deliver clear reporting and maintain funder relationships.
Successful fundraising is rarely about a single application. It is about building a funding strategy that supports an organisation over the long term.
